Minimal Asks/Sharing

No Social Media Trackers
We do not add social media sharing buttons or scripts to our sites as they track you around the web.

We utilize various platforms at Legato to process and handle data. We vet the use of third-party platforms extensively before making decisions on whom to partner and work with. We opt out of any data sharing with third-party platforms when available.
CloudFlare
CloudFlare is our DNS provider. They help us deliver secure, lightning-fast experiences to users all over the world. CloudFlare utilizes an anonymous tracking cookie to improve their service. We do not store any personal data from or in CloudFlare.

From time to time, we may use Dropbox to share and view files. We do not store any sensitive information or personal data in Dropbox. We may store private design files and assets in Dropbox.
Figma
We use the cloud-based design tool Figma to collaborate on and share designs. We do not store any sensitive information or personal data in Figma. We may store private design files and assets in Figma.
We use Google Drive for sharing and storing non-sensitive data related to services and products. We use Gmail for communications. We do not send sensitive information in emails, and we do not store any of your personal data on Google Drive. We may store your contact info in Gmail. When you submit a form on our website(s) those details will be forwarded to our company email address: hello@legato.marketing and routed to one of our team members.
Netlify
We use Netlify to host websites and landing pages. We utilize their form processing, which means any forms submitted via our website(s) pass through Netlify. When you submit a form on our website(s) we typically remove your information from Netlify within 24-48 hours.
Stripe
Stripe is our payment processor. Your billing information and necessary contact information will be stored in Stripe.
UseFathom
We choose Fathom Analytics due to their privacy forward analytics solution.
This is the extent of our data handling and processing.
What Else?
We believe the way we handle data says a lot about who we are as a company. Making our clients and their users feel safe is a top priority at Legato.
If you provide us with information, we take it seriously and handle it with care. Your personal data is never stored publicly.
We work remotely via encrypted machines and regularly run industry-standard security audits on our platforms and databases.
If your information is compromised, we will notify you promptly.
If we change the contents of this policy, those changes will become effective the moment we publish them.
